I wasn't expecting to the room to be at the basement

The view from mansarde is on the roof.

Lovely really friendly staff , couldn't do enough to help. great location to be in with good amenities all around. nice clean modern look and feel to the hotel also. The only downside was that the breakfast room was a little small for the amount of guests and the layout of the breakfast area was a bit cramped. but don't let this put you off as its a great hotel , honestly .

Location was ok overlooked canel. Breakfeast was not great and even emailing hotel days before to say we would be late checking in we got two single beds instead of the double i had booked.

Excellent Hotel and Staff, Clean Rooms, Courteous Breakfast, Free Tea/Coffee Machine, Very Close to Public Transport.

Saad and Jay were extremely nice and helpful. Check in and out was very easy. The hotel location was great for transportation and getting around Amsterdam easily.

Everyone working here is very nice and accommodating!

Not very far from a tram stop, but don't go to the wrong hotel (there are 2 Ibis hotels in the same row!). Our room in the basement was well-furnished, but the space was tiny with not much elbow room. Quite a good selection available at the breakfast buffet.
