I recently stayed at this hotel and had a rather frustrating experience. While the accommodations were adequate, the service left much to be desired.
One of the elevators was out of service, and the other took an eternity to arrive. I found myself waiting over 15 minutes every time I needed to use it, which was incredibly inconvenient.
The situation was made worse by the reception staff member, either named Feras or Samem. Unfortunately, he was rude and impolite, showing a complete lack of hospitality. Instead of offering an apology for the elevator issues, he argued back and tried to justify the delays. This is not how one should interact with guests, especially those who have already been inconvenienced.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of the reception staff. A little courtesy and understanding can go a long way in the hospitality industry, and this hotel fell short in that regard.
