Stayed one week as a family of three. Checking in was hell as I had reserved 2 rooms, but they only saw one room and did not try to help solve the problem at all despite sending paid bill for 2 rooms . After spending hours on the phone, expedia could solve the problem. However, limehome gave us rooms on different floors and was never able to move us to the same floor despite our daily requests and many checkouts every single day. The big problem is nobody is on site and everything is done over the internet and WhatsApp, which makes it all very impersonal as you never speak to the same person twice and they take hours to respond if they ever do and are never friendly or helpful. Furthermore, rooms are tiny, not clean, showers are full of mold, and every noise from neighbors is loudly heard. The rooms are by no way luxury and also not that cheap with the hidden tourist tax. Last but certainly not least, there is no safe in the room and although you put the do not disturb sign on your door, they will wake you up and enter your room whether you are there sleeping or not there.
