Lexi and the rest of the staff made my stay very pleasant. Lexi was helpful courteous and a pleasure to talk to. The hotel room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would recommend staying at this hotel again.

When checking in there was 2 employees at the desk. Both conversing with me. I was asked to swipe a card for damage just in case. I then inquired about where to take my dog out, I noticed a court yard area, they both said oh yes you can take the dog out there. I went up to the room and came back down to grab a few more items from my car and noticed a sign on the desk (where I checked in) stating:you must sign a contract if you have a dog staying here. So I said to the girl at the desk, why wasn’t this presented to me when checking in? I was asking questions regarding my dog… she then said, I wasn’t the one who checked you in! I looked at her and said are you going to get the paperwork out so I can sign it? Would I have been charged $50 if this wasn’t signed? She said yes! I looked at her and said this a lesson right? She again said I didn’t check you in. I was extremely disappointed and it kinda seemed like this is a normal thing they neglect . Training your employees is so important so instances like this doesn’t happen! The next day we checked out and I decided to check my credit card account that i swiped when arriving at Aloft.. there is 2 $50 charges from Aloft. I tried calling and speaking with the manager and the girl who answered said the manager is gone for the day. I then asked to speak to another manager and she said there’s no manager here. All in all the staff’s lack of training and “I don’t give a crap” attitude is really unfortunate!

Good Hotel for the Price, but could be better
The hotel was nice. But the bathroom was terrible! We had a bathroom with a shower instead of a tub. And it was very inconvenient. The strip to keep the after in didn’t work, and the entire bathroom got flooded
It took us almost an hour to clean all the water up and we had to get more towels from downstairs to help! On top of that, we couldn’t close the blinds in our room at all.

We have stayed at this property many times and we are never disappointed. The only thing is that the ice maker on the third floor was not working. Although, the staff in the desk were very happy to give us ice, it was an inconvenience.

The hotel is nice and I stayed there once before. The previous visit I stayed in a 2 queen room and the living space and bathroom was much bigger. The shower and bathroom area are tiny.
