Great surprise to find such hotel with indoor pool in the heart of times square. Room was great and comfortable, also enjoyed a nice swim and sauna.

I love the fact that it was clean , also the area & the fact that the pool was connected to he bar was a good thing for me Over all It was a Excellent choice

I don't know if I'd rate this as "fabulous". It was good. Centrally located, key to any stay in the city. The lobby was definitely claustrophobic with low ceilings, very dark lighting and a hot lobby. We had to wait to check in while the one clerk took care of other guests. We were given a complimentary room upgrade without asking, which was nice. The room was very warm and took a while to cool down. It was satisfactory for our stay, although the bed was up against the window so we had to "crawl" into bed. The bed had a weird platform bench on all three sides - not wide enough to sit on, ok to put your legs up but you had to use it to walk all the way around the bed. Plenty of closet space, in-room safe and the wi-fi was one of the easiest to navigate of hotels we've stayed in the past. The bathroom shower was also weird - you have to turn the shower on and then quickly duck out of the way otherwise you'll be drenched with cold water. The placement of the shower controls and the shower head were definitely not designed by someone who takes a shower. And the shower head was so high, it was impossible to re-direct. The door to the bathroom as a pocket door, which was a nice touch so that it didn't take up a lot of room, but it was the HEAVIEST door to move we've ever experienced. With no handle to grab on to. And occasionally we'd hear other guests talking through the vent in the bathroom, listening in on their conversation. Quite risqué. The price was right for this trip.

So quiet it was almost freaky. This hotel is 1/2 block from Times Square a short walk to the theater and quiet! The rooms have everything you need, the bathroom was spacious, shower was huge, plenty of hot water! The room was very clean. Tempting basket of snacks with high prices was annoying but a bit of will power and we are over it. Desk staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

This was one of the best stays I ever had. . I do wish there was a microwave in the room but it’s ok. The pool and sauna was great. The bed was the best thing ever. So comfortable. I just know I’m going back
