The hotel was clean. The staff were helpful, courteous, and went above and beyond to make our stay less unpleasant. That is the extent of my positive feedbacks. The air conditioning in our first room did not work properly. We were moved to a second room with the same problem and spent a miserable sleepless night in a hot bedroom. There was no ice bucket, cups, coffee maker, or microwave. For a king room, we were given only two full towels. We asked for extras and did not get any. Our second night, we were finally moved to a room with a functioning air conditioner, but night one is probably the worst night I’ve spent in a hotel. Again, nothing but kind words to say about the staff, but management needs to provide the amenities it claims to provide. It’s worth slightly higher prices to stay elsewhere.
