Staff were all excellent, given the circumstances, but the operations could be better. I would recommend staying here only if you don't mind the following: Breakfast - the setup felt chaotic (food was good, though). There was one chef working the omelette station, stuffed into the corner of the buffett area. The long lines made for a cramped self serve area. It was also unclear how their seating worked. Valet - while I was aware that the valet was mandatory (and expensive) , I would have expected speedier service and beefed up staffing to make up for the lack of options. Noise - it's right next to the freeway, high above sound barrier walls. Plus the walls are thin. Bring a white noise machine you'll be alright.
