I recently stayed at this hotel and, overall, the experience was disappointing. While the hotel itself is fairly standard, the prices are quite high for what you get. What really stood out—in a negative way—was the customer service. The front desk staff, especially the lady I interacted with, was unfriendly and not helpful at all. It felt like a bother to ask simple questions or request basic assistance. For the cost, I expected much better service and hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have no other options.
