Overall good stay
Stay was overall really good. Glasses in bathroom was dirty and I didn’t get any of the perks I’m supposed to with my gold member status with hotels.com but staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was nice and I loved being able to cast my Netflix on the tv. I did however not appreciate the 7am wake up by guys outside throwing stuff in a skip - not ideal when I have a long day ahead of me

Disappointed. Dishonesty.
The reception said this was the “best room” in the hotel, but it was far from it. There was no view, the room was cold, and the heating barely worked — in December. Even though I’m a VIP member, I didn’t get my rewards or the free drinks I was promised. The restaurant downstairs was noisy and crowded, and it’s right at the hotel entrance. For the high price, this stay was disappointing and felt dishonest. I won’t be coming back.

I am writing these as someone who has stayed in over 1000 hotels all over the world due to my job. I couldn't believe my eyes when I entered the room that I had reserved months ago. The employees greet you very friendly but can bring the issue to a fait accompli. How could I be given a 5 square meter room in my reservation that I had reserved months ago. I stayed for 2 nights and paid 100 Euros per night here. If I had known that I would be staying in such a room, I would never have stayed at this hotel. You enter the hotel through a cafe. As far as I understand, the owners do the hotel business as a hobby :) I will never forget the room they gave me. It was a disgusting room on the ground floor, behind the door that entered the fire escape, which was probably used as a storage room before. The problem is not that the room was small or like a doorman's apartment, the problem is that I was not told in advance that such a room would be given to me, so do not trust this hotel. I slept in a tiny single bed in a 5 m2 room. Coming to the main point, the wind was passing through this room which had a large and high window. I am leaving the photos below. I tried to block the wind by reinforcing the items I had with me under the window for 2 days. When I couldn't cope, I had to squeeze the bed into the middle of that tiny room and sleep by hitting my head on the furniture. For this, they took 50 Euros as a deposit in addition to the city tax and I noticed later that it was written as
