Poor customer service in a rundown hotel.
I booked 3 rooms at the same time and requested that they at least be located on the same floor. I even called ahead to confirm. Upon our arrival we were told they could accommodate us unless we wanted to have someone form our party sit in the room because the lock was broken and that would be the only way we could get in and out of the room. Terrible night sleep
We were given a room right next to an exit door. Every time someone came in or out, the door would slam shut and shake the walls in our room. The mattress sounded like it was made of styrofoam peanuts every time we rolled over or moved. The front desk would not allow us to relocate to another room. $300 for a one night stay was a ridiculous amount to spend for a terrible night sleep in a very average hotel.

Disappointing :-(
Room was clean, bed was firm, no hair dryer, flat iron or coffee pot in room (there was coffee). The shower leaked from the tub faucet which caused little water pressure from shower head. All of these were reported to front desk. Lady wrote it down. Later went to ask again for a hair dryer so I could dry my hair and I was given an apology but no dryer. Breakfast was so-so. Pancake maker was broken. eggs were cold. Not worth the $ we paid to stay.

Disappointed
Check in was at 3 we arrived at 3:15 and had to wait till after 4 to check in. One reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub that wasn’t working while we were there. And the doors other than main entrance don’t work with room key. Told the front desk and they responded with yeah we know. So they just won’t fix them I guess.

The air conditioner did not work in my room. When I spoke with someone at the front desk, I was told they were fully booked and all they could do is let the manager know. They never had bath towels each night. We were always given pool towels. The breakfast is not good and the coffee was really watered down. The rooms and hallway also had a smell to it.

BW Liverpool was a good hotel for the price.
BW Liverpool was a good hotel for the price. It was clean, the service was good, and the included breakfast was good. We were close to I-90 so getting back on the highway was quick and easy. We would stay there again when passing through the area.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, not even my worse enemy! We arrived at 12pm and the lady at the front desk was rude from the start. She didn’t greet my family or I when we walked in. The lady told me that there were no room available at that time and that check in was at 3pm. She then proceeded to say that if I pay $30, she’ll give me a room. I paid the $30 because I needed a room. When my family and I walked in the room we noticed how the bathroom had dirty towels hanging on the shower curtain. We noticed there was no bath towels and when we asked for bath towels they told me they ran out of bath towels and they gave us pool towels instead. The room was cold and when we turned on the heater a bad smell came out of the vent. The floors were disgusting, all of our socks were filthy! We had to throw away our socks. I suggest if you decide to stay at this hotel, you should bring your own swifter mop! I would never return to this hotel again!

What kind of a hotel only has 2 hairdryers for the WHOLE facility!?!? Asked at the front desk about it and they said they already had loaned them out. Also the bathroom had a 1/2 full roll of toilet paper, when that ran out we asked for more and they said they had to get more from a storage facility and would call us when they got some. They never called and we had to use Kleenex and baby wipes that we had brought. Rooms are dated and dirty, the gym was horrible, no towels and cleaning spray for the equipment. Bathroom shower area was so bad we didn’t even want to use it. We will never stay here again.
