I would not recommend this hotel as check in was an extremely upsetting experience. We had 3 rooms booked and I had written confirmation in my hand to show them, yet I was basically scolded that it was 3rd party booking agent and I should have booked directly with Sandman, They could only find 1 room of our 3, and they were completely sold out. It was very late, so caused significant stress with my family. Continued to show the agent our confirmation showing the 3 rooms we booked, but told we were only getting 1 but they would provide blankets and towels for some of us to sleep on the floor (total of 7 of us - not acceptable). At the same time this is happening the other agent right beside us is dealing with a customer who was attempting to check in but they have booked the wrong date as their reservation was for March 22nd so they booked the wrong date, yet they figured out a solution and found a room for them. Overall one of the most disappointing and upsetting experiences I have ever had with a hotel. The next morning when checking out fill in the agent and she was going to alert her manager about all of this but of course have heard nothing.
