Staff was EXTREMELY RUDE. I stay in hotels all the time and I’ve never experienced such rude workers. Even the supervisor was super rude. The hotel is very danky and old, bed is as hard as a rock, I would’ve been better off sleeping on the floor then that bed. Hotels don’t make or break a trip for me but this place ruined my vacation. I highly recommend staying somewhere else. Not to mention there is a bar open until 5am blasting music shaking my room during my entire stay

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the breakfast was wonderful. The bus into Palma can be caught just outside and there was lots to see and do. There are good dining facilities nearby.

Wonderful hotel in a location close to the beach. Be aware that if you are not German you may not feel very welcomed around this area. Also the older German guys like to walk naked around the spa. Hotel is great.

Gorgeous hotel and room. Staff was incredible. Half board was So worth it. The food offerings, taste and presentation were fantastic. Hammad made our stay even better with his friendliness and personal touch. Location was in the heart of the action and meters away from the beach. Hotel provided beach towels.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing!!! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful; they saved dinner for us when we arrived after the kitchen closed, helped us to get taxis when needed, provided suggestions on places to eat/explore and were very attentive the entire time. The hotel is gorgeous, we really loved the amenities provided and would absolutely stay here again. The only thing we wish we had known was about El Arenal/Playa de Palma this time of year; we visited in July over a weekend and discovered it is like the teenage Dutch/German party strip. It was very rowdy with lots of drinking, which wasn’t really what we were looking for, but still a very enjoyable time as it was restful by the pool and the rooms were very quiet even though kids were partying until 4am. Once Monday rolled around, everything calmed down, which would have been the pace we were looking for. Next time - we will definitely come during the week if we plan a summer time trip :) Thank you Myseahouse for an amazing time!!!!

We stayed there in July for our honeymoon, and we expected the hotel to be an oasis for us. What we experienced actually had us trying to leave the hotel as much as possible because it was extremely negative right from when we first checked in. We were checked in by Jesus, a surly man that was not very pleasant. Not one of the staff asked us if we even needed help with our bags. When we arrived in our room there was a strong chemical odor in it like a paint thinner - we both noticed it and immediately went out on the balcony to get fresh air. We had been in the room for about 5 minutes when the front desk called to report that a fire alarm had been reported from our room. An employee confirmed that the fire alarm was set off by the fumes from the cleaning chemicals that the service folks used. We paid for the most expensive suite the hotel had, and given that fact we wanted to switch our room to another one that was comparable due to the incredibly strong odor. When we asked the employees at the front desk if switching rooms was possible, they requested that we open our balcony doors to ventilate and wait a night until the smell dissipated. The staff at the front desk always seemed annoyed/completely ignorant with us if we asked a simple question like how much we should expect to pay for for a taxi to downtown Palma.They made every conversation extremely difficult and uncomfortable, and at about day 3 we realized that this was the worst hotel service we had ever experienced.
