Great stay-- 2 days

This hotel staff are above and beyond. The room was super clean. The staff were very professional and nice. The pool was awesome. Breakfast was great and clean. The cleaner came by to ask if we needed fresh towels. I would def recommend this hotel. I read mixed reviews before I stayed here about the neighborhood or hard beds. The beds were fine and the neighborhood was close to where we had to be so, it was great. I didnt see any issue with location anyhow.

Very unhappy

We were able to check in early which was great how ever we left and when coming back there was a customer complaining of her things being taken that she left in the room and then we left and came back again starting about 9 pm you could hear people upstairs running and jumping I did then call the front desk and make a complaint he said he would look into it about 10 mins later I did call again he stated that no one was in the hall I did tell him I heard it again and could while on the phone with him he stated that he would again check into it again 10 mins later it was the same thing I did then walk to the front desk and make a complaint to him and told him that I would go up there due to my children could not sleep due to the noise he said no he would take care of it the house did not stop until about 12:30 am it was ridiculous and he did say we could check out early and not stay the next day that I had already paid for. Our pull out bed had a blood stain on it which was gross. The next morning when I went to check out this time there was 3 employees up there and one of them tried to tell me he was there all night and never talked to me and I did not make any complaints I did then inform him that he was not the one I talked to the one I talked to was a younger short male with kaki pants on with a black shirt he then changed his tone and stated that he came later in the night and did not hear ang noises up stairs. I found it very rude and disrespectful

Not good experience

Housekeepers didn’t clean & change the sheets on the sofa bed and beds. We found a Nintendo Switch someone left in dirty sheets and a blanket when we put out the sofa bed. One of the sheet on a bed had food stains on. So obviously housekeepers didn’t do their job. The location was not great. Breakfast selection was good. Breakfast selection was good.

We checked in at like 2 am so I understand but after driving all night it was kind of annoying that the front desk person had a sign that he would be back in 5-10 mins. I came in, used the bathroom, then parked and he was still gone quite a bit. He did seem busy though so I did feel bad but other than that he was super nice and helpful

Is ok for a few days

Rooms are a good size and they clean every day (that's a surprise) pool area needs updating and maintenance I slice my toe on broken tile, hot breakfast included but the saddest eggs and pale potatoes way under cooked you'll ever see, the hotel is in a industrial area so nothing to do unless you drive away about 15min to nicer area.

House of horrors

This hotel was very disappointing - there was direct on the floor that missed being swept up and the cobwebs hanging from the ceiling was only short of the horror tbh was the bed. The pillows are lumps to pull apart the cases are too big and bunch- bring your own pillows and blankets! The bed every time you moved a spring would jump and poke and cause loud metal noises. Horrible can and will not recommend. Breakfast each day was the usual carb toast buffet but the eggs would round microwaved patties and the sausage patties mystery meat discs. Run.

So-so

It was so so. Our room door wouldnt stay shut unless we locked it or slammed it shut a few times. Same with the bathroom. Fridge didnt work, and the breakfast was eh. Beds and room were nice, though.

I was staying on behalf of my employer, which is a tax-exempt municipality, and neither the clerk at check-in, nor the clerk at check-out, knew how to not charge tax on my room. I still don't have a receipt.
