Can’t wait to bring the kids
The balcony light was burnt out and the toilet rocked. Breakfast and the pool being across the creek with no way to even walk there was a little inconvenient especially with very little parking, but all that aside, it was a very comfortable stay. I love that it was right on the creek and close to everything

Everything was great. The only thing yall could do is get higher toilets and recliners in all rooms.I always stay at Creekstone every time i am in Pigeon Forge.

Great stay
The room was clean. The location was perfect. We stayed at the older hotel part and it was so quiet and nice. The balcony over the stream was so relaxing, and feeding all the ducks was nice. The breakfast was good and was better than most continental breakfasts. The location was off the main road which was nice so the room was very quiet. Great location and close to everything. Will be staying here again.

Booked a room that was across the river from where we normally stay carried luggage and kids to the 4th floor at 28 degrees for a card that wouldn’t open the door slipped on ice on the way back down Went back across the street and was greatly given a different room in the building we normally stay in and was very thankful for that Several of the doors were in bad condition in the room but it was clean we stay here often never had a bad experience some of this i will tak the blame for since I booked online but the door not working and condition of the doors in the replacement room should be addressed

A dump
This sums it up...it was a dump...clean but still a dump. They literally tossed paint on the outside to cute it up but they literally just painted over a a 5 story building with broken elevators that years ago should have been torn down. The bathroom was so small you couldn't even turn around in it. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The door jam on the inside at some point had been kicked in and never repaired but just half assed kind of repaired. So to close the door you literally had to slam it. The 2nd room we had was unsafe security wise and you could see through the doors as they didn't close properly. This isn't a get even review as the staff was pleasant and as I said clean, but a clean dump is still a dump. Breakfast was the worst we've ever encountered in 50 years of travel, no room to sit for the amount of people they were serving. But the food was truly awful. They took pretty pictures but beware...check the abandoned building across the street.
