Great Family Friendly Resort

We did a little staycation with our family before school started back. This resort was a perfect spot for us. There were so many activities offered on property that we were able to take advantage of during our stay. It wasn't overcrowded, we were able to find a comfortable spot with pool chairs every day we were there. All of the staff members were very friendly and were there to make sure everyone was enjoying their stay. Villas were clean and spacious. If I had to point out a negative, the pullout sofa bed was pretty thin and uncomfortable, so we couldn't really utilize it as an extra sleeping space.

This place is cozy family friendly and a go to in Orlando when visiting just bring a mattress pad because the bed and the floor have the same level of comfort, felt like I was laying on a styrofoam mattress with no padding or comfort but my family had a blast felt like a home away from home

I give it 3 stars for cleanliness because during the week we were there there was no mop to clean the house, the corner of the bathrooms had mold, a closet door was broken, the electrical outlet where the hair dryer was in the bathroom didn't work, we reported it and they never fixed it, and the girl at reception when we checked didn't say that the property had been renovated, I go almost every year with my grandchildren and this trip was not like the others, it's a shame I think they should have more control with the cleaning.
