Fantastic location. Great staff but the place is really run down and due for renovation. Also noticed less staff to keep the place clean compared to other resorts and hotels in Cancun. For example you will dirty glass windows around the property and not enough employees to keep them clean everyday. Even at their seat down Mexican restaurant all widows are old and foggy and should b erepalce.

Super fantastic staff. Food is just okay and the facility is really run down. They definitely need a renovation. Kudos to super friendly staff A++ people at the front reception and at the restaurants. Beautiful resort area with the water but very run down. Till the renovate the price should not be more than $250 a night for 2 people for their villas.

This was our second time at Mia Reef. Overall, our stay was good but the resort does need some major maintenance - wear and tear are very noticeable throughout. For example - shakey faucet, low water pressure, scratches on some furniture. The beaches are unbeatable on the island however! They never disappoint.

Absolutely beautiful. Kind people. Food selection could have been better, 3 meals a day for all inclusive, filled my belly. Absolutely beautiful, seriously. The beach was great. Bar closes at 11pm. Took a golf cart around the island. Lots of fun.

As beer drinkers. They only had one choice and that was corona extra. Seemed okay day 1 by day 3 it was no bueno. Food was also limited and not great. If you take kids you might have problems with finding food for them to eat. Recent hurricane damage so hopefully the issues external are storm related. Island easy walk, very safe. Waters beautiful. We would try another all inclusive before ever going back to this one.

This place was fantastic. Just what we needed. The room was enormous and clean and gave us a lot of room to be comfortable for a week. Expedia made this trip so smooth for us. The transfer was impeccably flawless, the flights were on point and the excursion was perfection.

The food was very average, and the same thing was eaten every day. The place needed to be updated and cleaned up. It was right after Hurricane Helene, so I knew it would have some issues. I never had hot water in the shower. The best thing was your staff! They were excellent. Everyone was very friendly, especially the waiters in the restaurant.

We really liked the room we stayed in 5010, the views were amazing. We did not care mush for the food. Most of the food served in the buffet was cold. I would advise heating food to 140* holding temp to avoid food poisoning. The staff in the restaurant were amazing and the great teamwork was evident. Very friendly and pleasant. We had an amazing experience and will return again.
