From the online photos, it looked like a great place to stay. But once you went past the lobby into the elevator, we quickly changed our minds. The elevator had what looked like fingernail scratches on the walls; the room had artwork ripped from the walls; and the pool area...I swear I saw that scene in a horror movie. The carpets outside the changeroom/pool area probably haven't been cleaned since the hotel opened - who knows what was living in them. And the pool itself - well it was yellow and green, with stains of who knows what...needless to say my kids, who love to swim, were NOT stepping foot near it. You would probably catch hepatitis just from being near it. The other patrons must have felt the same, as the pool area was completely empty for the 12 hours we were there.
I didn't even bother talking to the staff about the pool - the guy at the front wouldn't have cared anyways, as he was too busy playing Candy Crush or something on his phone.
We weren't trying the restaurant, and just wanted to sleep and get out as quickly as we could. Very disappointed, as this was supposed to be a little getaway for our family that included the pool. Luckily the hotel we chose for the next night made us happy.
