Subpar quality all around
Overall, very disappointed.
On arrival, the receptionis amazing despite having a bad day (personal issues, computer issues, no AC in lobby).
Room had mold in shower, water settings are “off”, “scolding hot” or “freezing cold”, AC is loud (AUTO FAN helped with noise), room was very humid (clothes and beddings stayed damp).
Restaurant service is low-par in quality. Food is below average, but not bad. Wait time at dinner was 1h20min. Not many vegan option (not expected, though, my choice).
Breakfast opens at 7am. Staff came at 7:15am, to deliver a catering, had to wait till 7:25am for them to come back. As they walked out, I heard them through the doors saying “OMG there’s people, seriously?” (Yes, at 7:15am there are people waiting when you’re supposed to open at 7am).
You get a manually scissors-cut coupon from a regular printer, to get free breakfast. Only vegan option was a bagel with cream cheese (coming on side), and a bowl of fruits. Fruits were litterally 4 pieces of cantaloupe, quarter of orange cut in 3. Bagel came lathered in butter. Coffee taste is far below average. No orange juice suggested. Staff was rude and not friendly.
Catering was late and came missing 2 items, so some people had to watch others eat, and have their meals during the presentation. Food was okay, but subpar compared to other hotels. Gratuity was added automatically to bill, but yet asked again at check-out.
