Breakfast at 7 am on a Saturday: pancake machine not working. No orange juice. No cinneman rolls. No jam or peanut butter. Front desk: "if there's no jam, we are out of it". How can a Holiday Inn be out of jam? (Hint: get in the car on the day before and buy some.) If I am ok with just white toast and butter, I can stay somewhere else and pay less.
TV was not working ("no signal"). When I told front desk at check out, the answer was "Oh, thanks." Wrong answer.
the right answer would have been "sorry for this".
The bed was comfortable, however; the room was quiet and mostly clean (apart from a clipped fingernail in the bathroom sink). Property looked good. Might stay here again, but only if breakfast situation improves.
