Great service and friendly staff
Staff were really great. No food on site but they recommend places you can order in from and you can eat in the bar area. Clean room with everything you need. Would stay again.

OK
I only stayed one night and although the room was very small it was adequate.

Outstanding staff from check in to departure . Nothing was too much trouble . Bar stayed open late with excellent friendly service . Continental breakfast fresh and constantly topped up
Peter, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

I had a good stay at the hotel. The only issue I had was on my first morning I had to take a cold shower as there was an issue with the plumbing. I let the reception know when I went out that morning, by the time I got back in the evening the issue had been resolved. I would stay again.
John, 3-night trip

One night break
Apart from a disinterested welcome on arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. For £85 the compact room was more than adequate and in the style of a premier inn. The room hadn’t been hoovered but it was by no means dirty. Overall a pretty decent hotel not far from the city centre. Continental breakfast was very nice with lots of choice.
John, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

All OK, but shower took around 10 minutes to heat up, breakfast was very basic. Rooms quiet noisy, can hear other guests. For the price it was average / ok
Angus, 1-night trip

Enjoyed my stay, recieved an email in the morning to inform me about an event which would mean noise and limited parking. The noise stopped when they said it would. When I arrived there was no parking but they found a space for me. Very pleased with this stay and the helpful staff.
Amelia, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Was clean, staff were friendly and responsive. Internet service fluctuated
Ricky, 6-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Clean and modern but, basic. Bar, but no restaurant in the evening, so it's Deliveroo/Just-Eat etc
Neil, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good overall experience. Great staff, handy location for buses into town. Good breakfast with all the usual items available. Clean and modern. Room well equipped (fan, hairdryer etc) and a comfy bed. Only down side was the room was very small (You have to duck around the telly and lean over to get to the other side of the bed) and there isn’t a side table or 2 chairs or a desk. Just enough storage for 2 people for the 4 nights we stayed.
Julia, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

Not that impressed, sorry!
Staff were very nice. Room was a bit tired, needed a much deeper cleaning. Food was ok. Noise from extractor fan in the above room kept me awake most of the night.
1-night trip

6/10 Good

Room
The room was really small and on a main road. The traffic was loud all Night. The hotel was clean, I had noisy “neighbours “ and had a competition the following morning so would have benefited from a room away from the road.

G
Never slept, could everyone in and out and conversation from next door and above
Terry, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Not bad for the money
Not bad at all, the only negative.... breakfast was nothing fantastic and no hot options. Basic but i managed. Overall ok
Steven, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

In need of a little work. Not as clean as it used to be. Different staff too. Could do with air conditioning, expecially in bedrooms. Nice to see cooked breakfast.
Lilian, 5-night trip

4/10 Fair

An affordable hotel in a convenient location for the University. However our room was tired. The bathroom was very old - I daren’t use the shower for the state of the tiles. It was a bed for the night at a low price but not remotely clean and needed updating sadly.
