The hotel is a little run down, but the bed was suprisingly SUPER comfortable and it was very clean. If you are in Benton, I would stay here again rather than making the drive to Marion or Mt. Vernon, and the price was good.

I didn't even get to stay. I got in early, and they offered early check in for a $30 fee. I was willing to pay that, but they would not honor the amount that was quoted by your website

This property is immediately next to the I-57 ramps, keep that in mind whether its a plus/minus for you. It is compact and motel style, with a big convenience being there's a big Phillips 66 walkable from the parking if you need all that awesome stuff. Unique cool stuff that was unexpected: huge newer TV, heat lamp in the bathroom, a video gambling area in the lobby. Great value for people doing fishing/camping/hunting or traveling solo.

Room was clean but no coffee pot and after 8:30 am the breakfast bar was empty including coffee. They were supposed to have the breakfast bar open until 9am. The water in the shower would go from hot to cold within seconds and you couldn’t even control it.

The outside appearance was worn. Landscaping overgrown. Lobby was functional and very plain. However, the room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good for the room price. Very small eating area but clean. Generally positive experience.

The hotel room was open when we got there and was incredibly dingy and dirty. Within two minutes of being in the room, we saw bugs crawling on the ceiling.

Nasty outdated hotel
The hotel was a disaster. All the outside doors were left open (ajar) so anyone walking off the street could walk down the hallway. The room was in disparate need of an update. The bed spread was a nasty dark pattern. The bathroom had very thin small towels with a drop ceiling with water posts from the bathroom above leaking. I would not recommend staying in this hotel. I stayed one night out of the two that were booked.

Great location and clean rooms! Hotel is easily accessible from interstate. The staff was wonderful! Pleasant and professional. The room was very spacious. Decor was pleasing. Bathroom was spacious, good shower, and other than the vanity light could have been a bit brighter, a very clean bathroom. Will definitely stay here again!
