für ein 3-Sterne Hotel ist es eine für die örtlichen Verhältnisse annehmbare Wahl. Insbesondere spricht FÜR das Hotel die Lage - im Zentrum von Athen, direkt neben Bus-, Metro-, und S-Bahn-Station. Gegenüber ein guter Supermarkt.

Für einen Transitaufenthalt gut geeignet

Das Hotel habe ich für eine Übernachtung zwischen zwei Flügen ausgesucht, da der Bahnhof Athen direkt gegenüber liegt und von dort früh morgens um halb fünf schon ein Zug zum Flughafen fährt. Check-In und Check-Out verliefen freundlich und professionell. Hinweise auf die hauseigene Gastronomie habe ich in der Roof-Top-Bar mit Blick auf die Akropolis gerne ausprobiert. Das Club-Sandwich mit Pommes für 5 Euro hat mich preislich und geschmacklich überzeugt. Das Zimmer war relativ klein und zweckmäßig aber sauber und das reicht mir für einen Transitaufenthalt völlig aus. Im Badezimmer gab es eine Sitzbadewanne inklusive Duschkopf.

the location of this hotel is 10/10. Metro and Bus just in front. Supermarche also just in front. The restaurant and the view at night from the last floor are so nice. The breakfast very poor. the shower and the room not so nice. But for the location, I think I will reserve in this hotel again.

Great location, friendly staff,l and clean

A lovely hotel fantastically located opposite the Larissa metro and suburban railway. Which gets you Monstraki square within 10 mins. The pool was clean but not heated so it was a little fresh for October. The bar was lovely in the evening selling some great food. The breakfast was surprisingly plentiful and consisted of cereals, eggs, ham, bacon, croissants and juices with tea and coffees. Staff were helpful and pleasent and the room was cleaned everyday. Brilliant location for access to Athens Centre, good breakfast and good services and surprisingly a really good price. I couldn't ask for more for what I paid. Well done everyone at Oscar hotel.
