Fantastic place to stay.

Stayed at Auberge St-Pierre for a business trip. Great place. Friendly staff that treats you like king and queen. Easy to find, easy to pair with Valet parking. Very comfortable bed and very clean room. Will come back.

Super clean, 24 hour front desk, nice restaurant inside and loads of restaurant options nearby (Etude [spelling] was amazing). Big rooms and great location especially if you are on a cruise ship either before or after.

We loved Hotel Saint Pierre with all it's charm and cozy areas to sit and read or visit with other travelers while drinking something refreshing. Everyone was so courteous & friendly. And the location was the best! .

Amazing service and very friendly

Excellent service from the time we got out of our vehicle to when we left. The valet service was amazing. They helped bring all our luggage and bags to our room. They told us about some of the events that were happening in town that we didn’t know about. The staff are extremely friendly and the hotel is very clean and environmentally conscious.

I love the place!

I loved this place! It is located in lower Old Quebec City. The streets are quiet and beautiful! The hotel was in a perfect spot to walk to dinner and feel safe walking back. We didn’t need a car at any time. We did walk a lot though. The service was a 10! I would stay here again and again.

Check in process was a dream. The staff is so friendly and the hotel commitment to customer satisfaction is clear. The hotel accommodated an early arrival and had our room ready for us hours before check in! Julien at the front desk was so friendly and Alain who took our car for valet was also great. When we called the front desk for more towels, someone arrived at our door within 5 minutes. Location is great, rooms are spotless and the hotel is beautiful. Awesome place!

Séjour parfait !

Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel élégant et à l’accueil prévenant. Juste en face du musée des civilisations, idéalement situé pour visiter la vieille ville. Très bonne adresse.

Beautiful room, a little tight for 4 people but very comfortable. We are 2 adults and 2 kids. Water pressure is quite weak and hot water takes awhile t get there. Room should have a few more hooks to hang towels - nowhere to place them, ending up cluttering the room that is already a bit tight for 4 people. WE loved out stay there. Staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Location is brilliant, in old town, a few minutes hike to the Frontenac. Nice charming streets.

Very nice hotel, the check in/out were super easy and the place is very well situated. We parked at a SPAQ parking close by, and it was easy to get to the hotel.

There was an issue with our Expedia booking, but the staff handled it with grace and friendless, giving us a really great option in their ‘sister hotel’ (Hotel 71) right beside. Throughout our stay, all staff knew about the issue and checked in with us regularly. It was also one of the few hotels that actually clean the room each day. Thank you to the staff! They made our stay very memorable.
