Reception were great...they loaned me an adaptor for my phone, as I forgot mine. Hotel is very central too, Central train station is only a 5 min walk away to get the Arlanda Express to Stockholm's biggest airport

Everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff members were helpful with many small details, and the room was really comfortable. The only little quirk is that the maid took my soap away every day. I really didn't need a need bar of soap for each day. I stayed for six days, and it would have been helpful to have a place to stack my clothes.

Great location. Rooms are nice, but small. Services are a bit limited (e.g. room service hours and menu). Breakfast buffet is neat.

Lovely hotel and a great area - centrally located, which means that most of the sites to see around Stockholm are walking distance. Michelle at the front desk was exceptional - very pleasant and helpful! We loved her! Unfortunately, there is no air-conditioning, and we were there during a record heat wave in Stockholm. Warning: there is a night club directly below the hotel; you'll hear the noise if you're on the 2nd floor on a Friday/Saturday night. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, though. The WiFi was very fast. The free breakfast in the morning was tasty. Vassa Eggen (the steakhouse next door) was amazing - I highly recommend it.

The hotel was clean and moderately priced. It was within walking distance of a great many parts of Stockholm I wanted to visit. The best part was the customer service, particularly at the front desk. The rooms are small and set up around a perimeter that is often very noisy. The quiet rooms are the internal rooms that look out over a quiet courtyard. But those are expensive suites. The free breakfast is adequate but not as impressive as many other Scandinavian hotels where I have stayed. There is not gym. There are a couple of adjacent restaurants, but they are not associated with the restaurant, except for providing the breakfast. But there are many excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. Would I book there again? Maybe if I were sure my room would be quieter. I was surely impressed by the cleanliness and the excellent customer service

The location is convenient! I stayed during the end of May and the room was a bit warmer than I liked. However, I wasn't able to find any AC in the room and when I called the front desk, I was told to open the window. The problem is, due to location being central Stockholm, I heard cars going by - as well as drunk bar goers and it made my sleep experience not so great... One recommendation I would give the hotel staff is to have some fans as keeping the window open isn't really a great solution.
