HOTEL was embargo!

Awful experience. When we arrived the hotel had been embargo for nonpayment in two years. The hotel obviously left us on the street. BUT Hotel.com was amazing and refunded our funds representative was amazing!

Me gustó el cuidado del jardín. La comida. NO me gustó la limpieza y el mal estado de barandales y lo poco cuidado de algunas cosas de los cuartos (cortinas, manijas). El agua de la alberca estaba fría. Los trabajadores dijeron que estaba descompuesto el mecanismo para calentarla y el personal dijo que no era verdad.El internet del cuarto no funcionaba bien. No procuró el personal dar una satisfacción más amable a sus problemas.

No paguen por este lugar es viejo, alberca siempre fría aunque comentan que tiene calefacción, poco cuidada para el costo encuentras mejores lugares. Les recomiendo encontrar mejores opciones o hasta Airbnb
