During check-in I checked about the availability of food during dinner time and breakfast in the morning. And their answer was surprising: She said, "We have some food items in the fridge and the b there is no complimentary breakfast like they used to have in the past. But, you need to pay for your coffee and breakfast items". I found out that, coffee costs $5 and a breakfast burrito costs $15!! So, when I went to pick up a frozen pizza item and I found out that the pizza was all bread with a sprinkle of cheese on it!! I tied to eat it, but was so bad I had to throw it away! The next morning, when I went to get some breakfast and coffee I found out the cost that came to $21!! When I started eating the breakfast burrito, I found out that the burrito was filled with potatoes with a few specks of egg and there was no bacon! I showed it to the manager on duty of this establishment and she was also appalled and was sympathetic to my plight and decided to refund the money. Is this how Marriott manage their business by ripping off their customers at every instant of their stay in their establishment? I remember staying in the Marriott establishment when I was served complimentary breakfast and coffee!! Now, all that has changed, and Marriott has joined the rest of the hotel establishments and are ripping off their customers mercilessly!
