This used to be a fairly decent property. We stay here because we have dogs and it’s hard to find a place that allows both of ours to be with us. However, we will not be staying here again. There was lots of black mold everywhere. The room was musty. Although the air conditioning was cold. The staff was nice, but we had very little interaction with them. The tv was on the fuzzy side. Overall just terribly outdated. This really is a case of you get what you pay for.

The front desk person was very nice and communicated the basic information well. However we weren't aware there is no housekeeping during the stay. The room was clean but one mattress smelled of urine. The a/c never quite cooled the room and it made a lot of noise. The mattresses were hard. I ended up on the sofa. We considered asking to be moved but it was Jeep weekend and everything was booked. I didn't really care for the breakfast but that's more personal preference. Overall I would not stay again. It was tolerable but not comfortable by any means.

The bed was comfy. Breakfast was not very good at all. The room needs updating. The floor needed to be cleaned before we even came in. There was no maids that came in after 4 days of staying in the room.

Our room smelled like mold. Sheets didn’t smell fresh. Mold around bathtub and under the bath room sink. Rodent or insect droppings along the sides of the microwave. Lamps were rusted over and covered in dust.

It was good, didn't sleep well the mattress has big indention it from people sleeping on them. They need new mattress !!!! The floor was very dirty not by the eye but walk barefooted on it your feet was big time very brown !! Quiet place to stay

Highly recommend staying elsewhere. If for whatever reason you must stay here, take photos of all of the broken and damaged areas in your room at check in and take a video of your entire room at checkout. The room we stayed in had a broken pipe in the kitchenette. I informed front desk of this at check in and they said maintenance would be by. They never came. I didn’t feel like spending my vacation nagging maintenance requests so I left it as it was and tried to enjoy myself. On checkout they fined me hundreds and insisted there was never a maintenance request and I had damaged the room. Have never had an issue even similar to this with other hotels. Horrible service, horrible musty hotel rooms. Mattresses hard and springs loud, bottoms of the tubs rusted out. Only nice thing I can say is the shower had good water pressure. The pool appears well maintained but is also in constant shade and is always cold. This place is a nightmare. I’d rather stay at econolodge.

The 1st room given us had some trash on the floor & hair on the bed. The 2nd room & actually all over smelled like mold. We loved the spaciousness of the room and bathroom. However there needs lot of updates. Also all 3 mornings we ate breakfast it was quite dirty. Just complimentary carbs foods with instant cooked eggs. You get what you pay for.

I have been here before and liked it, but was disappointed this time. Room was dark, shower/tub dirty and some lights not working. No smoke alarm. The place needs some TLC.
