The check in process is good as the hotel has given me an upgrade. However, the management need to investigate the housekeeping department. For 3 days, my room was not cleaned at all despite my request. Every morning, i saw 2 housekeeping staffs in my floor (5th floor). I dont know what they are doing. First day i told them they can clean the room (@ 10 am) and when i am back at 2 pm, the room was not cleaned. I asked for garbage to be taken out and the housekeeping quickly knocked on my door and asked if i need my room to be cleaned. Well, i am back in the room…whats the point of cleaning it when i am in the room. I would expect the room to be cleaned when i am out and about. The second day, i put a signed to ask the room to be cleaned. The same thing happened and they only knocked the door after i am back in the room around 2 pm. Third day, i specifically requested the concierge to ask the housekeeping to clean the room in the morning and at 2 pm, the room still not cleaned. This is not a normal behaviour of housekeeping staffs. Are they just being paid to do nothing, chatting in the floor all day and not cleaned the rooms? Not even when requested. Something that management may want to look into.
