The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. The fitness room didn’t open u til 8 a.m. and the pool and sauna doesn’t open until 10 a.m. Never been to a hotel that the pool doesn’t open until 10. We choose hotels based on if they have a pool or not so our kids can swim. So when the kids are up at 6 a.m. and have to wait 4 hours to swim, kind of a bummer. Also there’s no hot tub. But the sauna is nice. Overall a good hotel but they should get a hot tub and open up the facilities much earlier so the customers can get more use out of them

People very nice , breakfast was good, well kept overall building was clean. But I strongly suggest to have house keeping move the little couch set in the room and vacuums under it I moved it over a little bit and found a used rubber on the floor….disgusting . I’m just great full that my grand daughter was in the room next to it and not in our room because it would be horrible if she found it and picked it up

Got out of our vehicle and immediately noticed that the parking lot reeked of sewage. At check in, I was informed we were going to be charged an extra $125 for a pet fee because we hadn’t booked a pet friendly room, even though I was assured on the phone that I could select any room and it would be a $25 fee. Got to the room and there were dirty tissues on the floor. We went to eat dinner at the only restaurant across the road and they were closed to a private function. We had to get back in the vehicle and drive to find food. The pool and pool area were ice cold. The final straw was overnight. We had a room overlooking the pool. At 2 am, the light in the pool area came on and woke up my four year old. Even with our curtains drawn, it was like we had the light on in our room. We had to call the front desk to turn it off. He never went back to sleep. So that was super fun. Will never, ever stay here again.

This property was a good stay. The hotel was decently kept, had some nice amenities (to include the indoor pool) - which also helped to limit road noise, and had very nice staff and a decent breakfast. The only real complaint here is that there are not good places near by for food - the covered bridge restaurant across the road completely screwed up my order and the food there was horrible (rancid lettuce in the salad was just the start). They would likely make a killing if they opened a restaurant.
