Location is perfect

Location is perfect and get lots of restaurants and store near by. The hotel did not provide shampoo or body wash. Staff can be helpful. Single room is small but ok for a single girl.

5 mins walk from London Paddington Station, shops and Mark & Spencer, cafe and cultural food such as Isaac only 10 mins walk from the hotel to Edward Road. Area is quiet, simple breakfast is included. i'd like to recommend.

Great location, nice service. The room is pretty small, but you get what you pay for. The bathrooms size is too small for beiing a fuctional bathroom, you need to undres before going in. Some waterdamage aswell. If you’re looking for a luxurious hotel, stay away. If you’re looking for a place to sleep, with Great location this is perfect

+ 24 hr reception & lift to 4th floor + Good location + Small clean room - enough space for 1 person + Kettle/wardrobe/towels/tea/coffee/small desk/soap - all in decent order for use - You can hear everything around you - a washing machine was running into the night and early morning, sleep was therefore limited - The bed linen smelled damp/musty - The water pressure in the shower was limited

Rather gloomy but reasonably spacious

Conveniently close to Paddington station. My ‘suite’ was a gloomy basement room with a faintly sordid vibe. (Mirror above the four poster bed; somewhat theatrical black and silver bathroom). It had its own separate entrance from outside the hotel. No soap or shower gel in the bathroom. However bed was comfortable; receptionist was charming; tv worked; ac available although also possible to open (safely barred) window. Given location and price it was okay for my brief visit.

Ok c'est Londres et on connaît l'hôtellerie .. mais quand même 170€ la nuit sans petit dej pour une chambre de 10m2 et une SDBain Wc de 2 M2 où il faut monter sur le lit pour ouvrir les rideaux d'une fenêtre ... bref tout juste pour dormir même si la literie est très confortable et le tout très propre L'hôtel est à Paddington très central comme à chaque fois que je vais à Londres mais bien trop cher pour la prestation même à cet endroit ( je vais à Londres 3/4 X par an...

Everything was mostly fine I’d say my room maybe tight for 2 ppl seeing the double bed. But for 1 person it’s ok. Only gripe was window wouldn’t fully close and when asking front desk another rooms TV was loud I didn’t hear anything change. So I had to go knock myself and with immediate response the TV was turned down. It sounded like the TV was played in my room it was so loud. Noticed at 22:00 didn’t mind, then 01:00 minded a little then woke up 05:00 to the same volume. Apart from that 1 night £184 on a Thursday, I’d say is little steep but mostly ok and if I had to use I would again. And I may use the suite instead as 4 nights for a couple is far cheaper than a single night alone. As for the window was muggy and mild so it not closing wasn’t an issue but maybe for future winter months. And air con when room was warm, was loud. But all good and average, clean and staff were nice.
Didn’t fully lock and thankfully it wasn’t cold or mild.

The team was amazing in accommodating my needs and the room amazingly clean and fit for my stay. Although it made me giggle with the mirror on the four posted bed in the suite room. 10 out 10.

Need to be updated. The beds were so uncomfortable. They sink in in the middle and the carpet was old and ripped by the bathroom. Also, the curtain needed to be changed and the a/c didn't work. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the place was cleaned everyday and our towels changed. I feel they charged to much for the condition of the room.
