No elevator! Hotel turns the fans off in rooms so the room is hot and smells until the fan is able to circulate the air. Breakfast was meh, they were out of some cereal and still use communal cream cheese etc instead of individual ones. It was also like eating breakfast in a sauna as they kept the door closed so no ac got in until someone propped the door open. Someone spilled a coffee in the entryway to the dining room and notified the man at the front desk who refused to clean it up. It sat there on the floor for at least 15 mins until I inquired about it on our way out as numerous people had almost walked in it. Front desk guy told me he called housekeeping to clean it up. I grabbed some napkins from the breakfast area and wiped it up myself. Seems ridiculous to pull housekeeping from cleaning rooms at peak checkout time just to wipe up some coffee but front desk employee just seemed to want to sit on his phone. Very overpriced for a cheap motel experience.

We arrived late called to inform them check in was quick and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable perhaps only complaint is the pillows are tiny excellent overall. .

Not a good choice for staying there

The bed is not that comfortable, and breakfast is terrible. The cafeteria is so small, it has been waiting for at least 15 minutes to refill the coffee machine.

WORST EVER.

WORST HOTEL EVER----------I WILL NEVER,NEVER STAY AT A Super 8 ever again. I had reservations 3 weeks in advance but they put me on the 2 floor(No elevator) in a room with the smallest TV(15x28)(I walked the halls when the housekeeper was cleaning room and saw that the other rooms had largerTVs) and the safety lock on the door broken. .They said that they did not have any other rooms. When i checked out, they could not give me a receipt so I do not know what it cost me. For breakfast this Morning, they had no coffee, milk or cereal. and the person did not know how to fix the coffee machine(6.30 am). The Breakfast room is small(3 Tables and Hot inside room. When the housekeeper cleaned the room I had to make 2 trips to the room to reset the Key code(Again I was on the 2nd floor) I WILL NEVER STAY AT THE SUPER 8 EVERY AGAIN

Could be better

Expectations were not high, but there are areas of improvement. The not so good: Stains on the wall and couch, strong old rug smell as you walk into the room The Good: bed and pillows were comfy and clean. Bathroom had everything. Room had fridge and microwave.
