Très moyens

Le point positif de cet hôtel c’est l’emplacement et proximité de la zone la plus vivante de Playa, del Carmen et la plage Le personnel n’est pas agréable hormis la personne qui nous a reçu le jour de notre arrivée. Le petit-déj’ est juste catastrophique Il y a trop de bruit vu l’emplacement de l’hôtel, ce qui ont sommeil léger, je vous recommande de choisir un autre hôtel. La chambre est petite et les lits doubles ne sont pas aux normes

Good: The location was very convenient and walkable to a lot of things. Bad: The staff were not very friendly. I was never once greeted while walking through the lobby during my stay. When I first checked in, the room had a strong, bad odor (like mildew) and was very noisy from workers tearing up the street a few feet outside my door. I asked to move rooms and was thankfully moved to a room on the other side of the property that was quieter and did not smell bad. This was definitely an older property that could benefit from updates. I was only given 2 bath towels. No hand towels or wash cloths. There was only a sheet on the bed, no blanket. "Included" breakfast was (bad) coffee and a piece of toast. The breakfast you could pay for was cheap but not great (pretty greasy overall). Overall, I would not stay here again. There are other better nearby options.

This is a beautiful and charming hotel. The best part was having breakfast in the palapa overlooking the courtyard with the pool and all the tropical plants. Included breakfast is only coffee and toast with margarine and jam, but they have menu option you can pay for which were delicious and economical.The room was clean, the shower was good, and the bed was comfy. The only issue was that our patio door did not have a functioning lock. Although they said they would send someone to fix it, they never did, so we had an unlocked door for our whole stay. The beach is a 15 minure walk away. The area is close to shops, bars and restos so be prepared to hear music well into the night. This did not bother us. However, there was also construction noise all night which was more annoying, though not enough to interfere with our ability to sleep. All in all it was a good value.

Never again

Very loud! The staff does nothing about people playing loud music in their rooms late at night or being out in the pool after closing. The internet is beyond awful. They advertise high speed internet and it barely worked the whole time I was there. Their "breakfast included" is stale toast and water or tea. The housekeeping staff is amazing and my room was kept very clean but that's the only good thing I can say about the hotel.

The property is located close to la Quinta ave which is convenient but loud as the bar down the road plays loud music until 1:30am ish. The hotel has a lot of potential to be good. Rooms need to be updated, wifi connection on the second floor was spotty. Front desk wasn’t very welcoming or pleasant. The cleaning staff was nice. They offered complimentary coffee, tea and toast in the morning. The pool and garden area was nice but doesn’t get a lot of sun throughout the day.

El hotel está en muy malas condiciones, tienen muebles viejísimos que se están despedazando, el baño huele a caño, la limpieza es mala, las toallas se ven todas nejas, y el desayuno continental solo es un café rancio y un pan de caja súper duro, no lo recomiendo. No tiene equilibrio entre precio y calidad y el hotel no es como se ve en las fotos

Breakfast included, chewy pretoasted white bread with butter and jam, coffee and tasteless icetea Rooms smelled like moist and there were no safety box and no pressure nor any hot water in the shower We complained and were not given the option to change room only that we should wait for thr supervisor who never showed up and still (three weeks ago) havent responded to expedias email about this. To make long story short, we checked in at another hotel.
