An amazing hotel in a fabulous location. Nothing but praise for the staff. We were celebrating a big birthday and the hotel went above and beyond to make the stay a special one. Arriving to port in our rooms was a treat! The breakfasts were great and the dining experience was fantastic. Alex on the bar was fascinating and made excellent suggestions for drinks. Such a beautiful property in a beautiful location! The dining managers were a bit over the top about having reservations as we watched day after day while tables sat empty. It would be much more pleasant to be welcomed warmly as a hotel guest plus once people see others seated they are more likely to want to check out the place.
