The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room was gross. It reeked of old cigarette smoke and moldy, musty, dusty odors... breathing the air inside the room seemed unsanitary... The bed didn’t have a blanket. It just have a sheet and cover. There were issues with the two television controllers and cable but the front desk attendant fix the issues.

A water pipe got blown open

The only reason I gave a negative mark for service is because I requested upon booking and when I called 3-4 hours prior to checking in to double confirm my reservation I stated I am disabled, use a cane and often suddenly I may have to use a walker and marked "NO STAIRS" and stated in the notes of my reservation online & to the person at this hotel on the phone my "NEED a room on the lower level as I have great difficulty with climbing stairs & rarely can even walk up 3-4 step stairs. I have to use elevators & I stated that I am disabled and use a cane. I was assured on the phone no problem that the clerk saw all the notes in their system on their computer at the Hotel we stayed at. Many of my illnesses and debilitating mobility issues & chronic pain are invisible on the outside however I do use a cane daily 24/7 365 days a year & often times I have to use a walker for weeks or months at a time as well. Upon check in after the clerk gave us our keys and I was standing there on my cane I said we are on the ground floor right & he said no and I said I am on a cane & he said I'm sorry we don't have any lower rooms available I said I also have a walker in our car as I use both. So I said is there a elevator as I can't go up staircases if I do manage to get up a staircase with my husband's assistance which is extremely rare and hasn't happened in years as I've been recovering from a bad fall still from 2017 the Clerk just looked at me and said I'm so sorry we have no downstairs

Super comfy and clean. Pics made it look a lot bigger, breakfast was nonexistent

Staff was great, rooms can definitely use an upgrade.
