Business trip, decent stay with minor problems.

Picked the hotel due to the close proximity to the convention center. But knowing now there were nicer places nearby, I probably should have chosen another place. The room had a mildew smell when you first walk in, but then it was forgettable. The shower head sprayed out into the bathroom leaving a huge pond I had to wipe up. The desk seat had a tear in the cushion and the tv remote didn't work. Other than that it was okay, it did have a good cold ac unit which was nice.

Disappointing

I wanted budget accomodations, with a kitchenette, while I was attending a convention in Orlando. What I got was a very run-down motel with severe limitations on what was provided. The carpets in the hallway were horrendous. There were so many dings and scuffs on the walls and furnishings. The kitchenette was poor and nothing was provided. We had to ask for basics, like plates and silverware, and not everything (that was in a sign lasted as available) could be provided. There were not even lounge chairs at the pool deck.

Nasty hotel

Worst Hotel Ive ever stayed! This hotel need to be shut down! The pool had grime on the walls , the water was nasty. I had to take my son to another pool and pay for it because this hotel pool was nasty! It has buckets all over the hotel for the leaks! The kitchen is terrible also the fridge was leaking water . Do not waist you money staying at this hotel ! It doesn’t look not even what they show in the pictures!

Extrêmement SALE !!! Marchez pieds nus de la salle de bain au lit et vos pieds sont déjà noirs de crasses. Séjours de 10 jours, sur lesquels 7 étaient sans eau chaude.

Not happy at Extended Stay Orlando

The room needed serious updating. Shower faucet was difficult to control. Laminate was coming off on the kitchen countertop. No one was staffing the hotel desk on a regular basis. Breakfast items were not refilled. Litter in the room hallways was not removed during my 4 night stay. Pool was not vacuumed during my stay and trash on the pool deck was evident, even a dirty childs pullup. Although there were no trash receptacles on the pool deck only circular stains where a receptacle had been. Same in from of the hotel. Circular stains where a trash can had been but no trash can. Trash all around the parking lot. Not a well managed property!

Convenient but Tired.

The property was at one point nice. It is a bit "tired" now with lots of little things that could benefit from some attention. We were without hot water for 3 days (my reservation was up at that point - so I don't know how long). That said it is priced reasonably for Orlando and is convenient to the Convention Center.

The location was very convenient, but the hotel was dirty and our room was not very clean as well. The pull out mattress was stained and smelled awful. Halls of the hotel smelled of weed and there was a very bad smell through the entire third floor.

I lost my phone in my room and Morgan went above and beyond to help me find it — which was amazing. Room was huge but needed a little tlc… My problem here was the management not knowing how to use their own software… I stayed for an extra night. Paid for the extra night the next morning at the front desk… I would say by 1:00 I had 3 different staff come to my door asking if I was staying.. before the gm came beating on my door — opening it when I didn’t get to the door fast enough and making me use my new key in front of them and essentially treating me like a criminal. She eventually apologized but the damage was done. …all bc someone at the front desk maybe checked me in the wrong way? Really? A little training at this location could go a long way.
