Hot tub broken. Facility is dirty. No fan in shower. If you ask for anything you have to go get it at front desk. AC did work well. Front desk area smells old and humid as well as rooms. It’s a value place with no comfort. Close to Disney that’s all. We will probably never stay here again.

Já fiquei em Motel 6 piores do que este, mas com certeza este não é um hotel ideal para familia. Equipe grosseira e mal educada, quarto sujo, colchão precisa ser substituído por um novo e a pior informação: eles cobram pelo estacionamento. Há hotéis melhores em Anaheim, mais próximos da Disneyland e com preços apenas um pouco mais altos.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The area felt very safe and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. The beds were comfortable that I slept great every night. I loved how close it was to shopping centers and Disney—it made getting around super convenient. Overall, it felt like a perfect spot for a comfortable and stress-free trip.

The floor in our room upon arrival was unswept. We were there for 3 nights. Day 2 room service did nothing. Day 3 they took our big shower towels and left small hand towels so we didn't have enough large towels to shower with. The lobby and elevator was dingy and dirty. It wouldn't take much to really give this place a shine. It's a shame that they do not take pride in cleanliness. The staff was very kind and helpful. It's an extremely in expensive motel which I am grateful for. We appreciated the coffee and tea in the lobby.

I didn’t know I was going to pay more tha $20 a night to park my car. That means price of my room jumped more than 20 percent! Also wanted to check in early, that was another $20. For the extra costs I could have stayed at a nicer motel.

Hotel was as expected for the price. Room was clean, bed was on the harder side, bathroom was different with no door on the toilet/shower area but two half doors leading into the entire bathroom/sink/closet area, and there were no tissues. The lobby was very dirty. The only complementary items were coffee & hot tea. They have a self-service food/snack/essentials room but EVERYTHING is triple the price than the 7-11 just around the corner. There was food and pieces of garbage all over the floor. Someone dropped their bag of Disney popcorn in the elevator at night and by the morning it was still in the track of the door and pieces left smashed on the elevator and lobby floor. However, for the price, it is a good option for walking to Disneyland when you do not have a car. And if you’re renting a car - do not do so until you are leaving the area as they charge $24/night for parking. Considering the distance from the park, that is a bit much just to leave a car. Staff was friendly which made arrival and departure pleasant.

Had a late arrival as I noted in comments when I booked a month prior. Staff wasn't very friendly and then told me I was being charged an additional fee for parking- $25. Told staff that was not mentioned on website when I booked and PRE-PAID all my fees. I was told this would be charged to my card on file anyway. No manager to talk too, so called the next day after my stay. Still no manager available to talk to. No one would take my name for a return call whenever a manager might arrive. Won't stay there again as there are motels closer to my destination with better facilities. Have stayed there before, but If I am to pay for parking, will use these options instead.
