I am a small business owner and rarely leave poor reviews but felt it would help others when deciding to stay at this property. Hotel doesn't have a "front desk" anyone you ask for anything will tell you to talk to the concierge. Supposedly there is a concierge at the lower level of each individual building, we only saw ours twice on our 5 night stay and he was basically useless. We asked for a bottle of liquor for our room (certainly willing to pay). We were told to talk to one of the bartenders. We asked if they had an ice machine, no ice machines but room service can bring you ice. We ate at the Asian restaurant and noticed they also had a habachi option. We asked but were told we only had a standard reservation. So seeing as we had another reservation in 3 days I asked if they could change it from standard to Hibachi, you guessed it, I was told to talk to the concierge. My wife had a health scare, can't call the front desk because there isn't even a button on the phone so I called room service. They assured me someone would call back in 2min, no call back. So we had to walk to the front of the hotel and track someone down who was absolutely no help. He didn't even know the pharmacy in the hotel was open which we figured out on our own. Asked for change 3 times so I could tip their employees to no avail, they don't have change. I could go on and on...They do have a beautiful beach and decent pools however if you want a pool chair wakeup at 6:30 or no dice!
