Comida deliciosa, lugar bien para descanso, con asesores para paseos, muy cerca del aeropuerto. Vale la pena la opcion de todo incluido. Puntos malos: Servicio de meseros deficiente para tomar ordenes de bebidas en el restaurante, no hay servicio de meseros en albercas. Mala experiencia en habitacion con puerta hacia otra habitacion donde se escucha todo y fue muy molesto. Falta una amenidad nocturna diaria.

Es un hotel cómodo con buena vista al mar ( no está a pie de playa) , las albercas, jardines en instalaciones están limpias, aunque los cuartos (al menos el mío) le falta mantenimiento

Mi experiencia en este hotel fué terrible, elegí este hotel por la cancha de tenis y por ser kids friendly, y pagué una fortuna, la cancha está malgastada y sin mantenimiento, las habitaciones están peor que un hotel de paso, llaves oxidadas, canceles con hongos, pisos sucios, sábanas antiquísimas, muebles viejos, y trabajos de remodelación mal hechos. Me cambiaron de cuarto, el frigobar estaba oxidado, el control del aire acondicionado no funcionaba y la limpieza es deficiente. Los camastros del área de albercas están rotos y dañados. El espacio donde se sirve el buffet y se toman los platos está asqueroso, a tal grado que terminamos en el club bacocho al lado pagando extra, y saliendo a comer fuera a pesar de tener incluido el desayuno. Fué una verdadera decepción, el costo es excesivo para lo que ofrecen.

lo unico malo es que me cambiaron de cuarto por dos ocaciones por no funcionar el clima . como soluucion nos ofrecieron una habitacion mas comoda y mejor ubicada. en general muy bien elpersonal y limpio el hotel calificaion final un 9.3

The place was beautiful. Awesome pools and lounging areas. Great views. Awesome room but didnt use it except for sleep. Had wifi in all areas except for rooms. Saw many people in the restaurant at night on their laptops because no wifi in rooms. When we asked about it, guy at front desk said he didnt have it either. But I was connected there. Talked to others who were there and they were frustrated because of no wifi in room. Otherwise we had a good time at beach club.

This Property had good pools and my kids really enjoyed the Cocos beach club pools. This was the positive experience at this resort. We got offered an early check in for an additional 500 pesos, which i paid however the unit we received was dirty and full of Mold. After letting the front desk staff know they told us they would have maintenance clean the air conditioner. They cleaned the mini split however the ceiling and all curtains, windows and bathroom was still excessively stained with mold. We had to spend a night in that unit, i had rented a total of three units, the following morning i asked to speak with the resort manager, who was not and would not be available. The front desk agent ended up changing my unit to a higher floor that was a no visible mold on the room only in the bathroom. Since i had two additional units i had to put up with it. I didnt feel there was any sense of responsibility from the front desk staff especially because i “i had booked though Expedia” the hotel gave priority to the guests who had booked with them directly instead of a booking agency. The Hotel also had zero Wi-Fi in the rooms even-though there was access points in each room. The Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby area however the connection kept getting dropped. The only reliable WiFi was at the beach club coco’s. Im doubtful i will book another vacation though Expedia because the hotel also charged me an extra person.

The wife doesn't work in all rooms. And no washer and dryer for the guests to use. Service is litle slow but other than that is a decent place to stay at and enjoy a beautiful Sunset.
