Hotel was good with two exceptions. I recall the original Hotel.com description said they had an airport shuttle for the short ride to the Oakland Airport. That was a major reason I booked the Marriott Courtyard. Turns out there is no shuttle. They will however contact Lyft (only)directly to arrange a ride for you and pay for it.
Arriving, I did not know this and paid for Lyft, but they don't do reimbursements. For departure, they booked a Lyft for 5 am, but I got a message from Lyft directly that they did not have a driver available, so I paid for my own Uber which showed up 4 mins later.
Also, there is no coffee or snacks available in the lobby at any time. And the in-room coffee (Keurig) only came with two very small bottles of water. The desk clerk did give me a pint bottle of water when I arrived back at the hotel late in the evening.
But, I would stay there again for the price and location (works for me)
