We had a clean, comfortable, and quiet room. The staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast at the hotel was good but pricey. The hotel’s location is excellent. We will go again.

Great grown-up boutique hotel
Great location facing Bryant park. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was a good size for Manhattan and the bathroom was amazing with large bathtub which I love. The bar was not our style (Moroccan theme frequented by 20 somethings which frowned at our 40+ aged crowd) but front desk recommended 2 great bars nearby that we liked. Would definitely stay at hotel again!

Nice winter vacation in NYC
As usual, we had a great stay at hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfy for me and family. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, except for a couple of times when the doorman was missing. On the day we checked out, we had a lot of bags and could have used his help to open and keep the double doors open and/or with our bags to the curb but he was just standing in the lobby. Still, I'd book this hotel again because I love the central location and usually have a great overall experience.
