Very disappointing - money not worth for value
The bed sheets were not clean. When I slept in the bed soon after I checked in the hotel, my whole body became itchy. The itchiness stopped only after I requested change of the bed sheets. My suitcase number lock was found broken and the key lock found open on the next evening when I returned to the hotel room!! When I reported the case to the hotel staff, I did not get the impression that they cared about the incident. The attitude of the secuity head was terrible - he yelled over the phone on my first follow up of the investigation results. I insisted in getting more sensible investigation results. At the end, he only showed me a computer printout with the number of times and timing of their staff entering my room which made me more frustrated - the report showed many different staff entered into my room during one day not at my requests (excluding the one tidied up my room)?? They insisted their staff were trustworthy??? In no way, this is a 5 stars hotel!

This stay was excellent, but I had stays in the hotel that were less excellent. The rooms are very different. Administrative processes are complicated. Staff is always great, though. Recommendation to book NOT THROUGH HOTELS.COM or EXPEDIA but directly from the hotel.

They surprised us with a complementary cake as they found out its my daughter's birthday. Only thing was a bit of struggle is i booked through Expedia free airport transfer and they were denying i. But when i showed the bill that states airport transfer free then they happily provided it. So overall experience with the hotel was exceptional and excellent.

Everything was great, except a small design flaw in the room - the rooms are not sound proof. My objective of renting the room was to work without any distractions. Unfortunately this was not the case for 3 painful hours from 11PM to 2 AM when the person from the adjoining room decided to make a personal phone call and I could hear every single word he was speaking. The clarity and loudness was as if the person was sitting in my room. I will probably never be booking a room in this hotel because of this reason. With this single exception, everything about this hotel was a good experience.

Realizamos la reserva por expedía. La habitación reservada no se correspondía con la entregada. Tuvimos que pagar una cama extra para el niño y desayuno cuando en la reserva con expedía era una habitación triple con niño incluido. En la reserva introduje la edad del niño y allí decían que solo se incluía menores de 1 año. Por su parte expedía también se lavó las manos y no nos ayudó. Mal por expedía mal por el hotel.
