Todo bien! La propiedad muy bonita solo un gran detalle que no estaba abiertos todos los restaurantes por la poca ocupación en el resort. Entendemos que en temporada baja tal ves no sea redituable dar todos los servicios, pero lo deberían anticipar y uno decide si lo toma o lo deja. Y por otro lado los meseros como que están de malas con su trabajo. Todos los demás muy amables pero en el restaurante eso sí nos desagradó atienden de malas!

Todo el personal en el hotel excelente un trato espectacular las instalaciones bellas y muy bien cuidadas mucha seguridad Pero la comida de baja calidad y sin mucha variedad en desayuno almuerzo y comida eso es algo en lo que tienen q mejorar grandemente

Wow! What great hotel! Excellent customer service clean pool and a beautiful beach. A diverse food menu with the buffet and special restaurants each night . One of the best hotels I’ve been in.

El personal de malas en el restaurante y el DJ de la alberca en la noche solo sentado y solo pone la música que Anel le gusta pésimo trato y la limpieza mala en las habitaciones y el jardín la lleva muy crecida descuidado el hotel

The food was really bad, bad quality and few choices. Absolutely no entertainment, the big pool had a nasty chlorine smell, we never used it. The hotel is still under construction. The only good thing was the beach and the room.

La propiedad está limpia,las habitaciones son amplias,los trabajadores son amistosos,la playa está buena PERO LA COMIDA ES PÉSIMA.En Travelocity dice q tiene 4 o 6 restaurantes y TODOS ESTÁN CERRADOS.Fuimos un grupo de 16 personas,un niño de 6 años (alérgico)tuvo q comer arroz blanco solamente en dos ocasiones porque no había pollo.Daniel tuvo q tomar un taxi x $30 para salir y comprar un pernil de cerdo asado en $50 ,también compró queso blanco enfrente del hotel,es vergonzoso,el menú en el buffet en la cena es limitado (5-6 platos),la elaboración inadecuada,las frutas no siempre son frescas,ensaladas escasas,panes viejos,dulces llenos de moscas .Hable con el administrador WILSON ,dijo q están en reparación,q había muy pocos clientes,cosa q NO ES MI ASUNTO,no me importa,y me ofrecieron un paquete de bebidas premium,yo le dije q eso no era la solución,q me devolviera el $ para abandonar la instalación ya q no estaba preparada para ofrecer servicios e hizo caso omiso,le manifesté el descontento del grupo por la falta de comida y q me sentía ENGAÑADA Y ESTAFADA .Yo he visitado este país en más de 10 ocasiones y es la primera vez que me sucede semejante TRAGEDIA,esta mala experiencia no quisiera que otra persona la viviera .EVITE SER ESTAFADO .ESTE HOTEL NO TIENE CONDICIONES PARA ESTAR FUNCIONANDO DEBIDO A QUE LA COMIDA ES POBRE

El hotel esta bastante nuevo. Las habitacion son buenas y limpias. El staff es increible. Todos tan amables y cordiales. La playa es de las mas lindas que he visto en mi vida. La unica queja es la variedad en la comida. Fuimos en temporada baja y al haber pocos huespedes bajan la contidad de la comida asi que preparense para poca variedad y opciones de comida. El sabor es rico y el desayuno es decente. Lo mas malo es la cena. No se si en temporada alta (Octubre a Marzo) sea mejor la comida.

Great resort remodel and some building still under restoration, the beach is amazing, clean, calm and beautiful, the pools were great too. We hated the food and the very limited options, they are trying to save money on not providing almost no protein only carbs and cheap food, they won’t accommodate allergies so if you have an allergy stay away, the chef is horrible so the very limited, we would not be back, it’s sad because we loved the beach.

As I explained they were very cheap with the protein, that’s the amount of me they provided for one of the dinners on my table, I had to complain
