Terrible Place to stay

Absolutely trash, this is a crack hotel. Do not stay here. Wyndham should be ashamed to have there name associated with this place. I took the risk and stayed the night. I let my wife sleep and i stayed up all night checking on my truck thay was full of our property since we are leaving California permanently. I felt like the truck would be stolen at any moment. Then people were knoking on our door after midnight, area surrounded by the homeless. Some of them were sleeping in the stairs of the hotel. Didn't even pull the covers back. Put our sheets and used our blanket and pillows. Theres were so dirty and disgusting.

Bad experience

The room the we stayed it was on bad condition; it was not trash can or bags; no coffe maker; the window are in bad condition, the restroom was extremely in bad condition; it looks likw this room had a water lesk issues, there was not towels to clean your hands, it was not smoke room but it has a bad smell; there was only one paper toilet and it was almost empty. There some people was knocking the doors I believe is was a homeless person. I dont recommend this place they need to remodel the entire place. Horrible experience!!!!

Reserved 3 nights at this property, checked in and refused to stay after seeing the bedding. Blood stains, other stains, filthy. Ive stayed at budget hotels before but nothing can compare to this "establishment". Questionable individuals doi f Questionable activities outside, felt very unsafe. This appeared to be more of a budget establishment for the underserved community. My daughter and I did not feel safe, nor wanted to sleep on the provided linens. We left shortly after arriving. Hotel refused to offer refund, Hotel owned /operated under the Wyndham / Travelodge name, tried to work with manager for refund. Manager said i stayed 9 hours when I only stayed max 30/45 mins and refunded me the other 2 nights but kept 1 night. I am disputing this and requesting a full redund. Expedia/hotel all refuse to issue full refund. Instead advised i should have read the reviews. Very unsafe, very dirty. Don not recommend at all.

The staff tried with remarkable odds against them to make the stay good obviously, the owners of this property do not care to keep it clean or enough staff to keep it organized. I would never recommend anyone ever staying at this property.

Tried calling every number we could find - kept getting hung up on. Had to drive completely across town, and when we got there it was filthy, dirty towels, 2 people in front of us came back out of there rooms with dirty linens and cancelled as well. We cancelled right there and then and stayed with a friend. And they still tried charging us for the reservation. I have been in contact with my bank for fraud. So disrespectful and unprofessional.

I didnt get to see the property because i was unable to check in due to the line being out the door and there were several people at the desk complaining that the rooms were not clean. The clerk was telling them she knew the rooms werent clean so i got tired of waiting to check in to a dirty room and left. The clerk also announced to everyone that certain rooms were no longer availabile so we were not guaranteed to get what we booked.

The place is filled with troubled individuals and has a very unkempt atmosphere. There were cigarette burns on the sheets, and the overall cleanliness of the room was lacking. I would not recommend staying here unless you are in a desperate situation. Just be sure to say your prayers while you’re here. I took pictures if needed.

There was nothing about this property that we enjoyed. We reserved 2 rooms through Travelocity but opted to "Pay at the Property." When we arrived to our rooms, they wreaked of cigarette smoke and the bedding had numerous cigarette burns in it. The sheets on every bed were stained. Some gray, some green, and 1 appeared to have a blood stain. The hardwood floors were covered in grit and sand. In one of the bathrooms, there was a dried up, crusty sponge left in the sink. We went back to the front desk to complain, only to find another person that had been moved to 3 different rooms all with the same issues. We decided we were not staying and wanted our money back. The hotel said that Travelocity needed to refund our money. We contacted Travelocity who said because we Paid at the Property, Travelodge was in charge of the refund. We showed the front desk the charges to our bank account were from Travelodge but they denied responsibility. This place is not only disgusting but they're thieves. I will never stay at another Travelodge.

The manger on duty was very rude Felt like the room was dirty The curtains would not close The toilet would not stop running And Manager would not come look at it Dog barking all night from a couple doors down It was tied outside and when new guest came it would bark owners of dog would yell at it Would like my money back
