I had a terrible experience about the hygiene of the bedding. We checked in very late in the evening. After shower, it was already 12:30am. We found that there was disgusting spot on the quilt. Considering that it was late, and our little son had fallen into sleep (on a separate bed), we decided not to call the service staff to change the quilt. We had to sleep without quilt that entire night. In the morning, we complained the situation to the hotel staff. Instead of appologying and finding a solution, the staff just asked us to fill out a form, and said "you should have called us to change the quilt". They felt no responsibilty at all for the disgusting situation. After seeing that we were not happy, they promised that their manager would call me. However, I have not received any call from anyone from this hotel. The lesson we learned is that if you want to stay in this hotel, you should be very careful. You need to be a quality controller to check everything you are going to use in the room.
