No no no! Crack house hotel? Not safe. Paid for it, saw the room, the people coming and going, and went to Hyatt place for the night. Well worth the money for a good nights sleep.

My experience was disastrous, there was never anything, no towels, no sheets, no kitchen utensils, you always had to beg for things, they never cleaned the room, everything was impossible, I would never return.

Marie jou was very rude to me as well as my wife , she should definitely be fired IMMEDIATELY for the lack of respect towards customers unwarranted attitudes an side comments made on her end . Very short , impatient . Daniel was just lazy the only staff members with excellent communication skills and customer support were Yendi , Mertle , and Noah . VERY DISPLEASED WITH MARY JOU DEFINITELY NEEDS TO NOT WORK IN THIS HOTEL INDUSTRY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD an Daniel needs to be something other than a front desk clerk cause he’s either lazy or doesn’t know the system either way the 1st level smells like death when Noah yendi an mertle are not working I’d suggest him a custodial position to handle 1st or housekeeping to keep him moving cause the lack of knowledge of front desk or the attitude of not caring to know is UNACCEPTABLE !

Pick somewhere else…..
The deposit of $100 cash is something people need to know before arriving to check in. After traveling for 7 hours and getting your bags out of the car, the last thing you want to do is put your stuff back in your car and try to go find someplace that will allow you to get $100 cash back. Also, my nonsmoking room reeked of cigarettes and even had ashes on the counter. The one thing that I can’t complain about is the friendly staff. The hotel is in rough shape and really needs a renovation.

Requested a handicap accessible room. Upon arrival didn't receive the appropriate room and there was so compensation or refund for not receiving the room we paid more for... didn't bother staying the second night.

Staff was really rude their was a $100 deposit their credit card machine was not working and I asked for nearest ATM to pay cash they didn’t know and the asked me to leave and get cash or no stay and at the end I left and I slept in another hotel need refund asap

Was told we had to pay $100 deposit that was refundable at this hotel but hotels.com do any have that posted so we are out of $60 something dollars had to sleep in our car and not a refunded.

So what hotel doesn’t provide linens. The beds and pillows were 30 years old and there was a hole in the ceiling. No dishes. Nothing compared to other extended stays and the staff didn’t try and make it better at all.
