Taking aside it was the day when everything went wrong. The Hotel system was down, door passes didn't work, wrongly given someone elses room, so scared the living daylights out of them when I tried to enter. My room felt like it hadn't been serviced properly as was missing drinking glasses/drinking water (a jug was provided), the room could have also done with a coffee machine at the price point.
Overall the hotel is nicely done and was clean. I found food very restrictive for my food allergy and the staff didn't give the impression of being very well trained on them. It would be great to have healthier options that don't contain allergens, in this case gluten.
Breakfast was expensive (€18) and dissapointing, blow torched cold tomatoes were memorable and like dinner was not served on a hot plate so a lot of the food was luke warm.
I'm sure this would be better on another day, but basics could be improved upon for the money.
