The breakfast and the breakfast attendant were my favorite part! It was so clean, organized, and the attendant was there smiling and ready to help - so friendly and efficient! The shuttle from our late night flight into the airport was perfect. The room was comfortable and overall pretty clean (there were some details that were missed, but this is a hotel not a hospital, so no complaints). Overall, I will definitely stay here again!

Needs to be a bit cleaner.

The hotel was clean on the outside. Check-in was smooth. When we arrived in the room it looked fine. The floor was dusty. The bathroom shower handle had mold around it. The floor was dirty and has visible dirt on the corner.

Not the Best

Not our best stay. Our room was missing a main light bulb (it was an open socket - not safe) and had no body wash or soap for the shower. I told the front desk when we were checking out. The manager wrote notes and apologized. He was nice.

The room was clean, but not well maintained. The bathroom door had excessive corrosion on the bottom edge and 3 bulbs were burned out (2 bathroom and 1 entry). The hairdryer unit was laying on a shelf instead of being mounted on the wall. The fridge was inefficient. The windows didn't lock (on the first floor). The room keys were inactivated after the first day. The front desk was pleasant and the beds were comfortable.

Horrible experience

We stayed here during a big storm and the whole first floor flooded. At 2:30am we were instructed to go to the 2nd floor because of all the water. However there was no room available up stairs. We were told we were going to have to sleep in the hall way with 2 small children. Our car was also totalled because it was submerged in water in their parking lot. I have called twice about getting a refund since the hotel was unable to provide a room for a night and I was told “I will talk to the manager and call you back” but they we not giving refunds for this because it wasn’t there fault. Well it wasn’t my fault either. I have also not received a call back about this from the manager.

Disappointing

Outside was filthy and uninviting, no where to sit and enjoy outside. Breakfast was minimal constantly out of coffee. Rooms where not the cleanest, hallways same. No ice or vending on floors only empty space where the should be. Very disappointed because ive stayed and Country Inn's all over including the one cross town and they are usually really nice. Not this one.

Milwaukee

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were mediocre, not too bad but the carpet in the hallways and stairs were disgustingly dirty. And some areas of the hallway stunk. There were ants and bugs in the room and my sister had a clogged toilet in her room. The breakfast time was only 7-9 so people would come in right before with young children and missing it. We are coming back through this area and hopefully it will be better.

VERY dirty

Spent $200 for one night stay. I'm not an extremely picky person and I dont typically leave bad reviews but this place was gross. I'm so glad our small children weren't with us because I wouldn't have stayed. We tried checking in at 3:30 and the room wasn't ready yet. Check in is at 3, wasn't ready till 4. Got in the room and it was very dirty. Housekeeping tried coming in 5 minutes into us being in the room for some reason. Then we got ready for our event and left. When we left we had the light on and tv on and when we got back it was all shut off and we had a do not disturb sign on the door. The floors had hair, dirty and buildup on them. The shower curtain stunk and had stains all over it. The towels were very stained. The cabinet door to the sink was broke off. The office chair was covered in stains, dirt, and hair. Water stains all over the ceiling. Bed and shower seemed clean so we slept and left. Pictures are VERY deceiving!

Not a typicall Country Inn experience

Dated hotel overall, needs updating a deep, deep cleaning. Wads of hair floating in pool right after cleaning. No piol towels in pool area. Breakfast waffles good, would have liked more pastries, fruit options. Check in and out process were both fast and efficient. Good location to airport. Definitely not the standard of Countey Inn and Suites we are use to.
