Hotel room was OK to sleep and use the bathroom.
Marcos, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Arrival was very accommodating by the front desk with regards to putting us in rooms close together, etc. The rooms were very clean and as they are modifying and upgrading, whatever wasn’t in our rooms that we requested, was promptly brought to us. We appreciated the upgrades that they are striving towards.
Tammy, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

This was the worst hotel I have ever walked into. We walked into the room and turned around and walked out. Went and got another hotel for the night.

2/10 Terrible

Do not stay here.Unswept floors, dirty bathroom, toilet barely flushed, 1 electrical outlet, sink slowly drains, bad renovation jobs, no mattress protection or bed bug covers
Randy, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

We waited over 30 minutes just to get checked in. While in line to check in, two guests before me both came back stating they walked in to an already occupied room and checked in to dirty rooms. Over heard staff talking about an employee being in the dumpster in the parking lot and she wasn’t getting out until she found what she was looking for. Only good thing about this stay was the toilet paper
Cara, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

A staff member was doing drugs while trying to check us in! Then they said "our room WAS clean but now its NOT"…what?!? And one of the staff members was to "busy" in another room with a "friend"…really. I recommend on not going there, like at all.
olathe, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

Had two rooms. Told they clean...thet were not. Barhrooms in both rooms were dirty....hair in tub and on the floor..sink dirty. Toilets hadn't been cleaned... The bed in the one room didn't have the sheets changed from last occupant... on the one bathroom door ...hole in the door but no door knob.... was not impressed with our stay....would not return....
Ken, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

The entire property - including the room smelled heavily of cigarettes and bleach. The room was dirty; floors unswept, hair in the bed, mirror and sink not wiped down, and fan caked in dust. The occupant in the room next to us was LOUD all night long - talking and laughing with people in the hallway and room, listening to loud music, and has 3 large dogs in the room that bark often. The bedsheets and comforter were also sloppily made and didn’t fit the king size bed. The staff was friendly but didn’t seem interested in helping occupants or able to offer much information. Was a bed to sleep in but will it recommend. Or stay again.
Lindsey, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Since my stay was for an emergency it was actually decent the only downside is they were doing renovations or fix something in some of the rooms because some doors had blue tape on them but my didn’t when I got in my room there was no tv but the tv mount was there and the shower rod was basically unscrewed looked like it was gonna fall and some minor stuff was missing like a trash can and what not i really only stay for 1-2 nights how ever you thing about it so take this with a grain of salt
Dominique, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

This property should not be considered in Expedia. They should remove the listing. I had to get my room changed 5 times. As the door would not work, the room was not cleaned, and the last 3 rooms had blood stains in the sheets that were not properly washed, and there was hair and dirt between the comforter and the sheets. Finally, the last bathroom had a used syringe and dried blood in the bathtub and floor. It was a "clean" room. Finally, at 3 am we were woken up by a woman screaming "stop choking her, someone help". The police arrived and took everyone away. A few minutes later, police dogs were at the scene. Expedia, remove this place from the listing...

Good clean hotel with friendly staff

2/10 Terrible

Warning!!! Picture and rooms on Expedia will get a completely different looking room, smell and experience. So the other reviews are accurate and we're not there when I booked. Do not recommend it. Its a shared building with people living in it and hotel rentals. Pull up first impression was well good chance my trucks going to be a hot item in this lot. Instantly was felt uncomfortable with the neighbours (surprising as its on a main road by the air port) Reception the dude was under the influence of something, unprofessional, and didn't know how to look up a reservation or ask what my last name was, kept trying too look up my reservation under my middle name. Extremely slow. It appears maybe the front area and a couple rooms have been revamped.Or at least 1 room dolled up enough for Expedia to advertise the rest are nothing like the pictures! Don't be fooled. The building is T so we got the back half when we walked back there instantly smelled like weed. Opened our door to the lovely smell of being drowned in Lysol and weed. Floor was not cleaned, rust stains all over the counter. As another review mentioned it felt like a prison cell. Old painted brick wall and a mirror from the 80s. Now I understand this isn't going to the the best of the best but it was so bad I gave the card back, lost my money as no refund, and was prepared to sleep in my truck if everything else was booked up since I came down for the state fair. I'd I could give a 0 or negative I would.

2/10 Terrible

Was in safe doors didn’t lock and smell bad staff was bad not helpful
Alejandro, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The people there were very friendly and helpful. I was unable to stay there because my credit card didn't make it into the backpack, therefore they wouldn't let me rent a car in Bismark... should have just bought a used one, but didn't think of that in time.
Phyl, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Upon entering the poorly lit lobby, I immediately witnessed someone partaking in illegal substances…. Right in the lobby. I guess it could have been insulin , but not sure you inject that into the crook of your arm…. I didn’t give the place any further consideration… I immediately turned around and walked out.
