Easy access but the room is small and dirty
Very convenient location. 10 minutes walk to station. Quite dirty room. The mattress has large dust and hair, seems didn’t change. The washing room is very difficult to control the water temperature and we merely use mild water temperature to wash our bodies. The room is small, just enough for you to put one big luggage. The windows is broken and use tape to stick it. You must be very thin in order to access the corridor.

Construction noise started early in the morning
Construction noise in the morning, dated interior and you may not want to stay in the room during daytime. Good location to the underground and train. Yet I will try other hotels when I visit the city again.

Not suitable for traveller bringing large luggages
The room is on the basement floor and it’s too small. It’s difficult to push my large luggages through the narrow aisles. The only merit is the good location.

ROYAL EAGLE HOTEL 100% top bien - HOTELS.com 0/20
Super Hotel, très bien placé et très calme. Proche de beaucoup de points d'intérêts et bien desservi. Chambre propre et silencieuse.Je recommande le Royal Eagle d'autant plus que j'ai eu un petit soucis technique avec la chambre mais qui a été super super bien géré par le Staff. J'ai même eu droit à une remise commerciale pour le petit soucis. Par contre grosse misère à la suite de ce sujet avec la plateforme hotels.com et sa maison mère Expedia... Là c'est 0/20 sur la suite et gros carton rouge. En effet, la "remise commerciale" a été versée par Royal Eagle à Hotels.com puisque plateforme de vente. Mais quelle galère pour récupérer l'argent depuis Hotels.com / expedia. j'en aurais pleuré de colère: mails sur mails de relance pour avoir l'argent, 10 interlocuteurs différents où il faut re expliqué à chaque fois tout l'historique; des réponses de leurs parts complètement à côté de la plaque, di grand n'importe quoi! Alors que a eux ca ne leur coute rien, grosse misère et gros stress pour rien du tout. Autant Royal Eagle a été super compétent et super réglo, autant cette plateforme est nul de chez nul: temps que tout va bien ca prend la commission, dès que ca grippe il n'y a aucune réactivité, aucun service, du vent quoi. Bref, 100% bien pour Royal Eagle, mais plus jamais de location avec HOTELS.com / expedia. Aux modérateurs qui ont refusé mon avis =il ne contient aucun de vos critères d'exclusion: il doit donc être publié sans problème. Sauf si vous supprimez ce qui dérange

Hotel muito bom! Proximo a estação de metro e ônibus. Otimos lugares para comer e proximo ao mercado. Bairro seguro, precisei sair as 5h30 da manha e foi super tranquilo. Os funcionários sao atenciosos e prestativos. De dato pedem cartao de calção mas devolvem rapido. Amei minha estadia
