I’m disabled and was not made aware that only king beds were ADA. I have issues with my vision so I expected for the staff to go over hotel rules, fees especially. I assumed Sonata would do it since every other hotel has just because they were professional, not of my handicap. I say that to say, they (not Sonata) went over that with other guess.I was unaware of check in time at 4pm which was impossible for us to be at my child future school at Tuskegee U fall 25’ so we asked for an early Check-In.Valerie told me the price and I paid (when I checked out she told me she only charged me $50deposit fee which I knew nothing about, I have a screenshot for proof of $75 that she charged me). I’d also like to say when I checked in I was not told about a deposit only an early check in fee and my screen shot will prove it. Also Valerie told me to call the GM would be in Monday, I call, no answer, voicemail full, I called back and I was placed on hold for 5 means twice and they hung me up, I have screen shots as well. I’d also like to point of how my hotel phone was broken and they never sent anyone up to fix it. Also they say they “cleaned” the bathroom, but they didn’t even refill the shower soap. Also I meant to add the sink leaked all night & as I mentioned I’m handicap, the shower curtain was not long enough so all the water was hitting the wall making a big puddle. Which was very scary for me especially since I was in a very high tub trying to get out by not hurting myself.
